These terms cover your use of this website. Hiring the venue is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything said here.
Figures, capacities and pictures
Some figures on this site — hall areas, seating capacities, drive times — are indicative and are marked with a ~. They are calculated from the drawings and will be confirmed against the seating layouts and the fire authority’s occupancy certificate. The capacity in your agreement is the one that applies.
Many pictures are renders from the architect’s model, and some photographs show other events for illustration. They show the intended finish and are not a promise of any particular dressing or décor.
Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a date. A date is held only when we confirm it to you in writing.
Using our content
The text, drawings, renders and design of this website belong to Vensa Conventions or to the people who licensed them to us. You may share links and print pages for planning your event; please ask before reusing them elsewhere.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
