How soon will you reply?
Within one working day, on the number you give us. If your date is close, say so in the message and we will call sooner.
Can we visit this weekend?
Usually, yes. Evening and weekend visits can be arranged — tell us when suits you and we will confirm a slot.
Do you hold dates?
We can pencil a date for you while you decide. How long we can hold it depends on demand for that season; we will tell you when we call.
Can we bring our own caterer and decorator?
Yes. Vensa is an open venue with no preferred-vendor list. Your caterer and decorator work with our team on kitchen access, load-in and timings.
How many cars can park?
There are five marked parking blocks and a covered portico for drop-off. The exact car and coach count is being confirmed; ask and we will send the current figure.
Do you have rooms on site?
Yes, five-star rooms on the property, including bride and groom suites. For larger groups we will share nearby hotels with your quote.
