Who we are

Vensa Conventions operates a convention and banquet venue in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. In this policy “we” means the company that owns and runs the venue; its registered name and address will appear here once they are confirmed.

What we collect

Only what you give us when you ask about the venue:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The kind of event, the date you have in mind and roughly how many guests
• Anything you choose to write in the message field
• For exhibitions or corporate events, the organisation’s name and the scale of the event

We do not ask for payment details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and — if you book — to plan the event with you. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Services on this site

Some pages load content from other services, which may set their own cookies or log your visit:

• Google Maps, for the map on the contact and home pages
• Unsplash, which serves some of the photographs
• Pexels, which serves the opening film

We will list any analytics or advertising tools here before they are switched on.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick it up if you come back. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and contract law require.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it and stop using it. Email us and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
