Sports, auctions & leagues

Run the auction. House the teams.

Player auctions, league launches and awards nights on a property where the franchises can stay the night.

Formats

From the first bid to the final toast.

The auction-day setup

Ten franchises, one stage, every camera angle.

One grand hall, set the way a player auction runs. Point at a part of the drawing — or step through the list — to see what it is for.

Plan of a grand hall set for a player auction: an LED board and the auctioneer’s stage at the head, ten franchise tables in a horseshoe facing it, a clear bid floor, a media riser and a broadcast position at the back, an owners’ lounge in one corner and a separate team door.Glazing to the lawnAuctioneer12345678910Bid floorclear for camerasMedia riserBroadcastOwners’loungeTeam doorGuests & mediafrom the foyer

A proposed setup, drawn to the hall’s proportions, not to scale.

LED board

The player, the base price and the live bid, above the stage and readable from every table.

What your production team will ask — and where we are.

We would rather tell you what is still being measured than guess. Each of these comes with your quote once confirmed.

Every row is being confirmed against the building’s services drawings. Your technical team can walk the halls with ours before you commit.

Team accommodation

The people who run the league sleep beside it.

The teams step out under the portico, go to their rooms, and on auction morning walk to the hall. No convoy from a city hotel, nobody late because of the airport road.

Officials, the auctioneer and team management stay where the event is, and the room list is yours to allocate.

  • Arrival under coverA covered drive the length of the building for every arrival.
  • Rooms for the people who run itManagement, officials and the auctioneer, all on the property.
  • Team dinners in privateThe VIP Banquet Hall, closed to everyone else.
Security & access control

Three rings, and a way in for each.

Guests, media, teams and owners each have their own route. Checks happen where the rings meet, not at a single crowded door.

Access diagram: an outer public ring for parking, portico and foyer; an accredited ring for the auction floor and media riser; an inner ring for teams and owners. Guests enter by the entry gate and leave by a separate exit gate; team coaches have their own line to the inner ring; checkpoints sit where the rings meet.PublicParking · portico · foyerAccreditedAuction floor · media riserTeams & ownersTables · lounge · roomsEntry gateExit gateTeam coaches
